For our second adventure of 2020 I took the kids and friends on a quick trip last Sunday morning to Thrill Hills in Fort Ransom, ND for the inaugural weekend! We had a ‘thrilling’ time tubing and having lunch. We look forward to coming back next winter to enjoy the full package (downhill skiing). 18 adventures to go! I actually enjoy taking the dock out at the lake on Labor Day weekend because of what it signifies. It starts in September with a lot of duck hunting and transitions into the first few weeks of pheasant hunting … Continue reading Hunting Season 2019
Our Favorite North Dakota State Parks
Over the last two weeks we wrapped up our summer by hitting the last few North Dakota State Parks for the year. We visited Beaver Lake, Lewis and Clark, Lake Sakakawea, and Fort Stevenson. By squeezing these final 4 parks into the last 2 weeks before school starts, we completed our quest to visit ALL 13 North Dakota State Parks. After visiting all 13 ND … Continue reading Our Favorite North Dakota State Parks
